Refund Policy:
Due to the nature of products being food items, I am unable to accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, resulting from an error on my part, I will do everything possible to resolve the matter promptly.
Refunds cannot be offered for items that arrive late due to postage delays. Please contact Royal Mail for further assistance.
Please note: Gift vouchers are non-refundable.
Order Discrepancies:
I strive to ensure that every order matches the items shown in the images and descriptions. However some products may have a slight differentiation to what's shown in photos and description.
Dispatch Information:
Subject to demand & availability
Orders placed by 1pm, Monday – Friday will be dispatched/ready for collection the next day. Unless its an item that needs to be ordered in.
Orders placed over the weekend will generally be dispatched/ready to collect on Tuesday.
Bank Holidays and public holidays, may affect dispatch/delivery or collection timings.
